Do body slimming wraps help lose weight? Here’s the thing ladies…body slimming wrap can work but only for a short period of time. You must absolutely use the right ingredients and use the right amount.

What You’ll Need:

  • Coconut Oil
  • Cling Wrap

Step 1: Apply coconut oil.

Rub coconut oil on the targeted areas. Make sure to completely apply the coconut oil on the entire area–front, back, and sides.

Step 2: Wrap it up!

Wrap parts of your body with your cling wrap, this can be tricky so you can ask someone for help. Don’t wrap too tight or too loose, you will feel if it is. Go around the area several times until you feel that it will hold in place. Yes, you’d want the skin to be compressed, but not to the point that it feels uncomfortable or it’s cutting off blood circulation.
